Welcome to Marea. Perched on the rooftop of the Canopy by Hilton Hotel, overlooking the Old Port of Cannes, our rooftop is an invitation to experience the Riviera, from sunset until nightfall. Whether you’re a fan of signature cocktails, shareable bites, or Mediterranean cuisine, take your seat with complete serenity. Reservations are recommended for the restaurant. The lounge bar is open to all.

From the late afternoon, as the terrace is still bathed in sunlight, Marea comes to life and pulses with the rhythm of the waves. A meticulous selection of local suppliers by our Chef caters to all tastes: shareable bites, raw dishes, marinated options, and land & sea – to be enjoyed with an open mind and a spirit ready for discovery.
Chef
Our Executive Chef cannot be made up, we had to discover Chef Alexander Douglas Burger, our Californian cosmopolitan. With experience in the United States, Spain, Thailand, and France, his inspiration evolves not only with the seasons but also, and most importantly, through the people he interacts with: “I live and breathe cooking every day, and if you’re not inspired by that, you’re in the wrong industry.”
